All orders are shipped from the United States using USPS in a protective mailer.
Because each item is handmade, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Handmade & Product Variations
All Rocky Mountain Diabetic pod covers are handmade, one at a time. Because of this, each cover is unique.
Slight variations in graphic placement, alignment, and appearance are normal and expected. In some cases, minor wrinkles or texture variations in the graphic may be visible. These are a natural result of the handmade process and the materials used.

They are simply part of creating a reusable, removable accessory designed for personalization rather than permanence.

All products sold by Rocky Mountain Diabetic are accessories only. They do not alter insulin delivery, pod performance, or medical treatment in any way.
